We're a lean, ambitious team with big growth goals, and we're looking for an exceptional PPC Manager to take full ownership of our paid search channel.

This role is for a

senior, hands-on PPC Manager

with deep SaaS experience who will own end-to-end strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

You'll be the strategic owner and day-to-day practitioner, accountable for performance and outcomes, leading experimentation, optimisation, and scale in a high-growth environment.

You'll work autonomously, partner closely with leadership, and play a critical role in driving pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities:



Paid Search Strategy & Execution:

Own and execute the end-to-end PPC strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, aligned to business growth objectives.

Performance Ownership & Accountability:

Be directly accountable to performance targets (e.g. CPQL, CAC, pipeline contribution, revenue), with a clear focus on efficiency and scale.

Account Structure & Optimisation:

Manage keyword strategy, account architecture, bidding frameworks, budgets, and ongoing optimisation.

Experimentation & Testing:

Design and run structured experiments across bidding strategies, audiences, messaging, and landing page hypotheses.

SEMrush & Competitive Analysis:

Use SEMrush to support keyword research, competitor analysis, gap analysis, and opportunity identification.

Full-Funnel Performance Analysis:

Analyse performance across the funnel (sign-ups, qualified leads, demos, purchases) and optimise toward downstream quality and revenue.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on ICP, messaging, lead quality, and conversion feedback loops.

Tracking, Attribution & Reporting:

Maintain clean tracking, attribution, and reporting standards; provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership.

Platform & Market Awareness:

Stay on top of Google and Microsoft Ads platform changes and proactively apply best practices.

Qualifications:



7+ years of hands-on PPC experience, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS Proven experience owning and leading PPC strategy in a scale-up or high-growth environment Demonstrated experience being held accountable to clear performance targets Deep expertise in Google Ads and strong experience with Microsoft Ads Experience with offline conversions and CRM-integrated tracking Confident, regular user of SEMrush Strong understanding of B2B funnels, longer sales cycles, and lead quality optimisation Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working autonomously in a lean, high-ownership team
