RME Consultants are excited to be working with a thriving PR agency in Nottingham that is expanding its team. We are looking for a PR Account Manager to join this ambitious and growing agency.
Location: Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

About the Role
As a Senior PR Account Manager, you will take full ownership of client accounts, driving strategic campaigns, managing junior team members, and ensuring outstanding results across media relations, digital PR, and content creation. This is a hands-on role that requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading on PR and digital strategies, ensuring client objectives are met.
Overseeing and mentoring junior team members, ensuring high-quality execution.
Writing engaging press releases, thought leadership pieces, and digital content.
Managing media relations, securing coverage, and building journalist relationships.
Driving creative campaign ideas, proactively spotting new opportunities.
Handling client relationships, ensuring clear communication and measurable impact.
Contributing to new business pitches and strategic agency growth.
What We're Looking For
5+ years PR agency experience, ideally within B2B sectors.
Proven experience managing PR campaigns, content, and media relations.
Ability to manage and develop junior team members.
Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
A passion for PR, creativity, and enthusiasm for delivering results.
Experience working across multiple clients and industries.
