We are looking for a practical, proactive, and people-focused Senior Premises Technician to lead our premises team and support the ongoing upkeep and development of our extensive and diverse estate. From supporting day-to-day facilities operations and seasonal grounds work, and overseeing contractors, this is a rewarding rare opportunity.
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in site maintenance and site supervision.
Demonstrates strong working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and regulations.
Has previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
Shows excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Has the ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and work flexibly in response to site needs.
Has a full clean driving licence.
Can prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
You will have a supportive and approachable leadership style, with the ability to delegate appropriately and resolve issues confidently. If you're practical, solutions-focused, and take pride in maintaining high standards in your work - we would love to hear from you.
Salary range is 31,067 - 31,586 depending on experience.
Full time hours: 37 hours / Part of a rota working either 07.00 to 15.00 or 10.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday

Coombe House School is an independent special school that provides education for pupils aged 5 to 19 with SEMH and ASD and associated difficulties.
