The Senior CDM Principal Designer's role
You'll work directly with clients and design teams to deliver Principal Designer duties, attending site visits, managing project risk registers, and producing high-quality pre-construction information. This CDM Principal Designer position is ideal for someone who values a personal and engaging workplace.
The Senior CDM Principal Designer

  • At least 3 years of experience in a CDM role (essential)
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
  • APS or IOSH membership (essential)
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (preferred)
  • Strong technical understanding of CDM 2015
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
