Complex Casework Focus:

You will handle high-value, intricate wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and tax advisory matters for high-net-worth clients as well as contentious private client matters.

What You'll Do





Lead the advice and execution on complex and high-net-worth (HNW) private client matters

, including estate administration, intricate trust creation, specialist tax planning, and contentious matters.

Supervise, support, and mentor trainees

within the Legacy team, reviewing their work and fostering technical excellence.

Work closely with the Head of Legacy

on departmental strategy, business development initiatives and firm-wide projects.

Drive client relationships and manage a personal caseload

while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and managing fast-paced deadlines.


What We're Looking For





A Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience) with significant, focused experience in non-contentious Private Client law (wills, trusts, estate planning, and estate administration) and contentious Private Client law. Demonstrable experience handling complex, high-value and HNW client matters. Proven ability or a strong aptitude for supervising and developing junior colleagues. Excellent technical skills, a commitment to exceptional client care, and a proactive approach to business development.
