Salary:
Up to 46,400 dependent on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
Responsible for the execution of the end-to-end Procurement process for assigned Procurement Contracts/Packs from a range of Ship build equipment parts
Enacting the procurement strategies for assigned Category/Contracts and leading the application of procurement plans to quality, cost, and schedule requirements
Managing the procurement contract with Supplier(s), support/lead supplier reviews, negotiate any contract change, investigate, and resolve claims for delay or poor performance, escalating as necessary
Work collaboratively to identify and escalate risk
Seeking out and championing opportunities for continuous improvement, including cost savings
Maintaining all procurement business systems with quality, accurate information relating to procurement activity, including contract financial performance
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Experience of managing a procurement contracts/packs in a delivery phase
Experience of direct procurement
Good supplier and stakeholder management skills
Experienced in use of Procurement ERM Systems
Able to identify procurement risk
Desirable:
CIPS L4 qualified or equivalent, working towards CIPS or suitable experience in a relevant role
Experience of Project Management methodologies and techniques

The Supply Chain Team:
