Senior Data Scientist

to join our growing analytics function, where your work will directly influence product design, experimentation, and strategic decisions at scale.

What You'll Do

Identify and drive high-impact analytics initiatives that support product innovation and growth Develop meaningful metrics and frameworks to evaluate user behaviour and product performance Design and execute experiments to guide decisions and assess new features or strategies Build data tools and visualisations that help teams understand customer journeys and key outcomes Serve as a subject matter expert in experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and business leads to embed data into every stage of development Promote analytical best practices across teams, helping to cultivate a culture of evidence-based thinking

What You Bring

Hands-on experience working with digital consumer products, ideally involving complex user journeys or platform dynamics Strong command of

A/B testing

,

causal inference

, and advanced statistical techniques Deep proficiency in

SQL

and

Python

, with the ability to wrangle data and produce clean, reusable analysis A solid grasp of data modelling principles and scalable data workflows Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and adapting to shifting priorities A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on outcomes Commitment to learning and continuously developing your analytical craft

Bonus Points For

Experience in marketplaces, fintech, social platforms, or other multi-sided digital ecosystems Familiarity with experimentation platforms or custom experimentation frameworks Exposure to behavioural analytics or user segmentation models
