We are now looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of our digital experiences across mobile and web.

This is a rare opportunity to blend craft and strategy, guiding products from discovery through to high-impact execution. You'll lead design initiatives, contribute to our growing design system, and play a key role in building thoughtful, inclusive experiences that deliver real customer and commercial value.

What you'll do:

Lead end-to-end product design across mobile and web--from research and ideation to pixel-perfect execution. Create and evolve our design system, driving consistency, accessibility, and scalability across platforms. Use design thinking and UX research to inform product decisions and improve usability. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and researchers in agile squads. Rapidly prototype and validate ideas, setting up your own user testing loops. Present confidently to senior stakeholders and influence product strategy through strong storytelling. Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within Collinson. Measure the impact of your work using both qualitative insights and product data.

What we are looking for:

A strategic, hands-on designer with a strong portfolio of end-to-end case studies in web and mobile. A systems thinker--comfortable evolving a shared design language across a complex product ecosystem. A curious problem-solver who thrives in discovery, research, and rapid iteration. An advocate for accessibility and inclusion, with a strong grasp of WCAG and usability best practices. Skilled in Figma, with experience in component libraries, prototyping, and design-to-dev workflows. Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments, aligning teams and stakeholders. A confident communicator who can present to C-suite stakeholders and drive alignment.

Your experience:

Solid experience in Product/UX Design, ideally in consumer-facing or loyalty-focused products. Proven experience contributing to and scaling design systems across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, responsive web). Strong track record in prototyping, usability testing, and validating solutions independently. Experience working in agile teams alongside engineers, product owners, and data analysts. Familiarity with tools like Miro, Jira, and Aha! is a bonus.
Collinson is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes differences in all their forms including: colour, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, neurodivergence, family status, age, individuals with disabilities and people from all backgrounds, cultures and experiences as we strongly believe this contributes to our on-going success.

We are focused on continually evolving our purpose driven, high performing culture, providing an environment where our people have the opportunity to achieve their full potential and do interesting and meaningful work. Our company values are: Take Action, Do the right thing, One team and Be insight led. These help guide everything we do internally in terms of how we think, act and interact, right through to how we deliver value to our customers and clients.
