The

Orbis Product Recruitment Team

is working with a global payments leader to hire a

(Senior) Product Director

for one of their core payments tribes.



This company has grown rapidly through a series of strategic acquisitions over the past five years, bringing together deep expertise across the cross-border payments ecosystem. The result? A complex, API-first B2B SaaS platform serving payment institutions, banks, FinTechs, and FX brokers--ready for transformation and streamlining.

The Role:

Reporting to the GM, you'll lead multiple squads and tribes Manage and mentor a team of product managers Drive consistency and excellence in product craft across the organisation Help attract and grow top-tier product talent Champion customer experience and simplify complex, inherited architecture

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in senior product leadership roles Strong grounding in product-first environments Deep understanding of the payments domain Ability to lead through complexity and scale through clarity Passion for building high-performing teams and delivering real impact
