As the Senior Product Expert you will be acting as the senior level expert in the Blue Yonder WMS product. This will include the analysis of systems and requirements and the design and build of solutions that may be in house, off the shelf or through third parties. You\'ll be solving technical issues of high complexity while covering aspects of quality assurance, configuration, testing, training and documentation required to successfully implement the final solution.

• You\'ll be the IT resource with extensive Blue Yonder WMS product knowledge and be responsible for activities including WMS setup, testing, training , documentation and project support
• You\'ll define and implement template solutions and project deliverables to ensure that IT products are implemented in line to quality, time and budget expected
• You\'ll support major complex WMS projects and initiatives including design workshops, product technical support and advice, product development, integration design while supporting business development opportunities and WMS project delivery
• You will participate in the IT and Operational discussions to be able to understand both sides of the business requirements for identified gaps
• You\'ll support teams on the Blue Yonder product configuration and in construction of interfaces from/to WMS

• You\'ll have excellent Blue Yonder WMS product knowledge along with application configuration and implementation
• You\'ll need to have strong analytical skills and be able to understand standard and specialist templates
• You\'ll benefit from a background in logistics engineering
• You will have a deep and broad knowledge of key strategic products within the logistics environment in particular in the I2M area
• You\'ll need to have a passion to build deep functional knowledge on IT solutions.
