###
Your Impact
At Axon, our mission is to protect life. For decades, we've built the tools that empower law enforcement and first responders--from TASER devices to body-worn cameras to real-time digital evidence platforms. With Fusus, we're extending that mission to a broader universe: enterprise security teams, critical infrastructure operators, and entire city ecosystems.
Fusus is the connective tissue that links real-time video, sensors, access control data, CAD feeds, and AI-driven alerts into a unified operating picture for public safety and private security teams. From major metropolitan police departments to Fortune 100 companies, Fusus powers the moment when awareness becomes action--when seeing what's happening means responding faster, smarter, and together.
At the heart of that capability are the Fusus Core Appliances: hardened devices that securely connect on-prem systems to the cloud, while enabling real-time operations at the edge. They enable integrations with analog and IP video, incident management systems, access control panels, while performing GPU-based AI analytics--streamlining everything into one cloud-based command platform. As deployments scale into the tens of thousands, the demands on these appliances--their reliability, manageability, and compliance--only grow.
As Senior Product Manager for Fusus Core Appliances, you will lead the evolution of this foundational platform. You'll define how it's built, how it's secured, how it performs, and how it integrates into the networks of the world's most risk-sensitive organizations. You'll work across hardware, embedded OS, customer IT infrastructure, and device lifecycle--owning the product strategy that makes this platform sustainable at global scale.
You'll be joining a team with the mission clarity of public safety, the engineering challenges of IoT infrastructure, and the scale opportunity of enterprise SaaS. If you're passionate about building secure, scalable, real-world technology that protects lives--this is your opportunity to lead from the front.
