ZYMIX is an innovative super-app revolutionising social interaction and services for the UK's young urbanites aged 18-30, integrating instant messaging, contextual social networking, lightweight mini-programs, and seamless payments. With a "social-as-a-service" strategy, we aim to become the go-to platform for Gen Z consumers, filling market gaps in anonymous socializing, nearby interactions, and integrated local lifestyle services. Key Responsibilities?

? Define and own a clear product strategy for your area, successfully balancing long-term vision with short-term delivery and measurable outcomes.

? Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and user research to identify, validate, and deliver new product opportunities, specifically within regulated and transaction-heavy environments.

? Lead product planning and roadmap prioritisation, ensuring total alignment with team objectives and wider business strategy.

? Drive the creation of high-quality, user-centric experiences that solve real customer problems in payments and financial services.

? Collaborate with stakeholders (including legal, compliance, risk, and regulatory teams) to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively, compliantly, and on time.

? Communicate the product vision, strategy, trade-offs, and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Candidate Requirements?

? You have 5+ years of experience shipping impactful products in payments, fintech, or financial services.

? You have experience mentoring peers or other product managers and are comfortable coaching others with clear, constructive feedback.

? You are commercially minded, using experimentation, analytics, and insights to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.

? You thrive in regulated contexts and partner effectively with legal, compliance, and risk teams to navigate constraints creatively.

? You can motivate, energise, and align stakeholders around shared goals, even in complex or ambiguous environments.

? You care deeply about delivering genuine value, prioritizing trust, reliability, and security.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 70,000.00-80,000.00 per year
