We are recruiting for
Senior Product Marketing Manager - App
. You will
own the end-to-end app marketing strategy
, coordinating internal marketing teams to deliver impactful growth in app downloads and usage. Your work will help transform the app into a
key channel for customer engagement with CtM
.
You'll drive the execution of marketing plans that deliver measurable results, working across a broad range of stakeholders - from Product, Engineering and Analytics to media agency partners and internal performance marketing leads - to ensure a joined-up, data-driven approach to growth.

Some of the fantastic things you will be involved in:
Own the app marketing strategy end to end
, from defining vision and goals to orchestrating campaign execution and continuous optimisation.
Build the technical foundations
for app marketing by establishing tagging, attribution and SDK integrations in partnership with Product, Engineering, and external partners.
Collaborate closely with
channel owners, Product Managers, Analysts, agencies and platform partners
to align execution across paid, owned and earned channels.
Translate strategic objectives into clearly defined initiatives that align the audience, channel and messaging approach.
Drive the delivery of marketing plans, track performance, optimise tactics and adapt based on insights.
Develop a
compelling messaging matrix
across audiences, with clear testing plans to improve effectiveness.
Conduct customer and market research to identify needs and work with Product to shape a high-performing app experience.
Represent app marketing in steering forums and trading meetings, ensuring visibility and alignment.
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams around shared goals and outcomes.
You'll ideally have:
Proven experience in
scaling app user growth
through both traditional and innovative marketing techniques.
Experience establishing app
attribution, tagging, and measurement frameworks
.
A
strong sense of ownership
, with a track record of leading cross-functional workstreams to successful outcomes.
High commercial acumen and comfort using performance data to guide decisions.
Confidence managing a broad and senior stakeholder set, including Executive-level input.
A broad understanding of marketing disciplines, especially across paid, lifecycle, and product marketing.
