Southco's Global Product Marketing team plays a key role in connecting customer needs with our product strategy--translating mar-ket insights into actionable plans that guide product development, competitive positioning, and commercial success. The team part-ners closely with regional leadership, Product Management, Sales, and Operations to align global direction with local market oppor-tunities and drive long-term business growth.

The Role: SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING SPECIALIST

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills who is ready to take on a global role with regional impact.

The Product Marketing Specialist will support the execution of Southco's global product marketing strategy within the Europe and India regions.

The primary focus of this role will be leading competitive intelligence efforts--collecting, analysing, and communicating competitor insights that influence product positioning, portfolio direction, and go-to-market strategies.

Working cross-functionally, the Product Marketing Specialist will collaborate with Product Management and regional teams to align portfolio performance with market needs, identify unmet opportunities, and ensure our products remain competitive across key segments.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales, or engineering Bachelor's degree in marketing, Product Management, or a technical field (or equivalent experience) Proven ability to analyse competitive data across markets and synthesise insights into actionable recommendations Experience translating global direction into regional product and marketing plans Strong understanding of product lifecycle and portfolio management Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional and regional stakeholders Strong commercial and analytical acumen with ability to assess product performance, pricing, and market trends Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced, pressured environment Commitment to developing people and building high-performing teams.
