We are currently seeking a Senior Product Owner to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Senior Product Owner, you will oversee the development and continuous improvement of all our customer-facing digital platforms.

Your primary goal will be to create a seamless and engaging digital-first visitor experience that not only supports our revenue objectives but also maximises the reach of our youth and artistic programs while fostering customer loyalty.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll also play a crucial role in driving the strategic use of data across our organisation and, working closely with the Data and Insights Manager, you will help develop effective self-serve reporting tools that deliver actionable insights.

Additionally, you will:

\xe2\x80\x93 Line manage the Data and Insights Manager
\xe2\x80\x93 Explore and translate user needs and business requirements into a product development roadmap
\xe2\x80\x93 Investigate, triage and work collaboratively to resolve reported product issues
\xe2\x80\x93 Be a lead contact with our agency and SaaS partners

About You

To be considered as a Senior Product Owner, you will need:

\xe2\x80\x93 Strong digital product management experience
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience of iterative development, user testing and working with technical teams to deliver improvements
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience in managing third-party agencies
\xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge of Agile methodologies
\xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge of digital accessibility standards
\xe2\x80\x93 An understanding of CRM databases
