Lead all aspects of in-life products, including ensuring we collect and understand customer feedback, helping on any issues and communicating our product vision and strategy.
Share insight on our product and the market using industry data, benchmarking, market analysis, regulatory landscape and how that informs the product roadmap.
Driving the roadmap for future product development of the Own Brands credit card offering with a focus on influencing customer payment behaviour, improving customer understanding and delivering business results.
Business lead on the delivery of new features and propositions, from building compelling business cases, getting stakeholder buy in, testing concepts, writing requirements right through to delivery. This involves pulling together cross-functional teams to achieve goals and ensuring the launch delivers its business case
Skills and Experience
Essential
Experience in leading customer strategies and/or product management, ideally in consumer finance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across the business.
Champion the customer by having a passion for making sure customers get what they're expecting.
Demonstrable problem solving capability, showing ability to devise solutions for business problems.
Commercial aptitude; be able to build and deliver compelling business cases to senior teams and protect the business interests through delivery
Proven track record with 3rd party relationships, and engage and influence teams out of direct control
Desirable
Current knowledge of credit card market, including emerging trends and regulatory environment
An understanding of Financial Services regulation
