This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role, accountable for the daily running of Solidcor's entire production flow , from machine shop and sub-assemblies through to final assembly and dispatch.

- Lead production operators and team leaders across shifts; set expectations, deliver training, and build a culture of safety, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Production Control

- Ensure full compliance to routing, technical specs, SOPs, and QC checks; minimise rework, scrap, and non-conformance.

Health & Safety

- Enforce strict H&S compliance, training, PPE, and incident reporting; own risk reduction on the factory floor.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Align with Planning, Procurement, and Materials Control to ensure stock availability and achievable lead times.

Continuous Improvement

- Drive efficiency in layout, line balancing, and workstation setup; prepare Solidcor for scale-up, automation, and increased volume.
