Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, high-impact programs that align with our organization's long-term goals. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as you'll oversee cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.

Duties

Lead the planning and execution of programmes from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Utilise tools such as Jira and Smartsheet for project tracking and reporting. Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication throughout the programme lifecycle. Implement cost control measures to optimise resource allocation and expenditure. Oversee product development processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Facilitate team management activities, including performance reviews and professional development. Maintain comprehensive documentation of programme progress using Project Server.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Project Server, and Smartsheet. Experience in product development methodologies and frameworks. Demonstrated ability in cost control and budget management. Proven team management capabilities with experience leading diverse teams.
