Team Purpose:




Join a high-impact, cross-functional team sponsored by our CEO and dedicated to securing and delivering large-scale Managed Services and Outsourcing engagements. The Strategic Deals Team brings together Sales, Solutions, and Bid Management professionals to drive innovation and excellence across complex client opportunities.


We're now looking for a Senior Programme Lead to help shape and deliver these transformative programmes. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of strategic client engagements, with direct visibility to senior leadership and the chance to influence outcomes from pre-sales through to delivery.


Role Purpose:




As Senior Programme Lead, you'll be involved from the earliest stages of client engagement, helping shape the programme strategy and execution. You'll lead large-scale transitions and transformations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.


This role combines strategic thinking, technical understanding, and strong leadership. You'll be a key connector between business requirements and delivery outcomes, ensuring alignment across teams and maintaining a strong governance framework.


What to expect:




Lead the deployment and configuration of Microsoft Sentinel integrated with Azure Lighthouse, optimizing security monitoring and response capabilities. Collaborate with internal and client teams to tailor solutions, configure data connectors, and provide training, ensuring robust threat detection, compliance, and effective cloud security management.


Lead programme planning and execution for complex, multi-tower deals Translate client requirements into actionable migration and transformation plans Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Finance, HR, and Delivery teams Present programme strategies and updates to clients and internal stakeholders Ensure governance, risk management, and budget control throughout the lifecycle Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in transition methodologies Manage P&L and budget responsibilities for assigned programmes

Experience in pre-sales and full programme lifecycle management Strong commercial awareness, including contractual and TUPE knowledge Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-country programmes (EUR1m-EUR30m+ TCV) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with delivery models (onshore/nearshore/offshore) Proficiency in project tools (MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel) Knowledge of ITIL, PRINCE2, and Agile methodologies Financial fluency (P&L, TCO, ROI, cost analysis)

Qualifications




ITIL v3/v4 Foundation PRINCE2 Practitioner MSP Certification (preferred)
