Join us as a

Programme Manager

and lead the delivery of a major Public Safety programme. You'll drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while managing change and ensuring successful outcomes.

What you'll do:



Own end-to-end programme delivery - planning, resourcing, and execution. Lead internal and external customer-facing boards, representing NEC at senior levels. Build strong stakeholder relationships across product, engineering, and executive teams. Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality delivery. Drive commercial success - oversee P&L, forecasting, billing, and change control. Lead and mentor project managers and cross-functional teams. Navigate contracts and governance with commercial acumen.


Qualifications

What you will bring:



Proven experience in complex IT service delivery and programme management. Strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder groups. Track record of delivering cloud/hosted infrastructure programmes. Commercial savvy with P&L ownership and contract negotiation skills. Excellent communication, influencing, and client-facing skills. Familiarity with programme management methodologies and tools.
