We're currently recruiting for a Senior Programme Officer to support the Investment team with the delivery of the Capital Investment programme, adaptations and other related works.


You will be responsible for providing quality and customer support across a range of projects, including Capital Investment works, Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) schemes, and other related adaptation programmes. This role is centred on the customer journey, with a strong emphasis on improving customer access, satisfaction, and experience throughout the delivery process. You will also support the monitoring and reporting of performance to senior management. A good understanding of the capital works programme, including its delivery processes, associated functions, and a broad overview of how adaptations are implemented, is essential for this position.


This will be achieved by focussing on the four main key areas; Customer Satisfaction, Quality Control, Health & Safety and providing technical support and advice.
