Working across commercial projects through interior designers, hotels ,restaurants, student accommodation etc .

Reporting to the Manager you will provide project management and administrative support to our clients .

What we're looking for:



Someone who demonstrates, excellent project management / administrative skills/organisation skills Someone who will support the clients with administrative/customer/sales support to the highest level to lead multiple and varied FF&E projects and quotes, working on your own within a small team. Someone unafraid to take responsibility, ensuring Stylematters deliver a seamless service to our clients. must have a mathmatical mind to cost projects Someone with a seamless background in customer and admin duties organisation and excellent administration duties is a must.

The ideal candidate must have

Full proficiency using Excel, powerpoint Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Suite A strong background in admin/procurement /customer skills. a strong understanding of costs/profit formulas Must have a organised and diligent approach to work. Experience in project management . Experience working on all aspects of projects, through all stages of work, from concept to completion. Financial understanding of project costs and budget awareness. Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written. excellent customer /administrative background

As an administrator your duties will be :

- customer liaison /service with clients over the phone. administration for quotes Provide product specifications to customers. Accurately input of sales orders and delivery schedules. administrative duties to highest level . procurement of orders/goods closing the sale and coordination of the order from start to finish

role must be based at our head office in Pickmere (remote working will not work for this role)

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
