Due to considerable growth in the Industrial Department, a new role has been generated to provide a closer personal service to our clients around the UK. Cosaf are HVAC specialists who since conception in 1991 have built exceptional long-lasting relationships with blue-chip clients across the country.

This role is office and field based however it will be expected that the right candidate has no concerns over traveling across the UK to sites regularly throughout the working week.

The typical office and site hours are 08:30AM - 17:00PM Monday - Friday however flexible working can be taken into consideration for the right committed professional.

The ideal candidate will be fully converse with project management, site supervision, health and safety & being capable of closely managing a team of engineers working towards programme deadlines and strict budgets. Client liaison and being the face of the company at all times is key to this role. Regular feedback of budget and programme performance to Cosaf HQ is vital in this job role.

Keeping our staff, sub-contractors, and customers happy are what makes us who we are, and everyone must contribute to ensuring the positive working atmosphere that currently exists in the constantly challenging environment of Building Services Engineering. Management of project coordination, procurement, and our site teams on all Cosaf's projects from a mechanical and electrical perspective is our focus.

Key aspects of this role are as follows:

- Project budget management in-line with equipment, materials, and labour procurement.

- Project programme coordination.

- Site supervision of Cosaf Projects out in the field and at Cosaf HQ.

- Expertise and knowledge in Building Services. Internal and external training can be arranged for any areas of concern.

- Good personable skills associated with client liaison, site meetings etc.

- Management of site operatives, ensuring continuity and responding to site issues.

- Knowledge of health and safety, producing Method Statements and Risk Assessments. CDM experience preferred.

- Good computer skills to assist in the generation of Purchase Orders, RAMS, Site Programmes, and correspondence via email.

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD preferred but not essential.

- Continual site-based management as and when required to assist with acceleration or closer management of personnel for key projects.

- Ensuring compliance of all engineers to Cosaf health and safety documentation.

- Procurement of material orders and labour where a project has specific demands.

- Snagging of Cosaf and sub-contractors works.

- Good knowledge of estimating variation works when a project requires unforeseen procurement and expenditure.
