Your Role:
Deliver a diverse range of New Build Construction. Refurbishment, M&E projects from inception to completion.
Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors to ensure quality, cost, and time targets are achieved.
Review and approve RAMS from subcontractors using the ATP process.
Ensure that all Projects are delivered in line with the CDM Regulations and ADSL's Safe System of Work, Asbestos Management and QHSE requirements.
Co-ordinate with Building Control and Planning representatives. Ensure Projects are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner with minimum disruption to Services and the Customer.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:
Essential to hold a NVQ Level 4, SSMTS, and an industry recognised qualification in engineering, building or facilities management. Must also be First Aid trained.
Experience:
Be experienced in Project Management or Construction Management roles in building, civils and M&E projects, with proven knowledge and understanding of building regulations, along with working knowledge of CDM regulations. Be technically competent with the ability to think analytically in a logical and systematic manner which shows a structured approach to organising work. Also be an excellent communicator who fosters positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Experience of working in a MoD and/or military environment and IFS systems would be advantageous
Skills:
Have excellent written communication and presentation skills, a proactive and flexible approach to work, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to perform under pressure and to tight deadlines, with strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.*
