Senior Project Manager

Job Description

You will join an exciting professional services team as a Technical Project Manager. We are looking for an experienced, proactive and enthusiastic team-player with a can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering quality products to our customers.


The projects will include a broad range of products focused on hardware and software solutions for the media and entertainment industry. You will have previous experience delivering major projects in a technical environment, or demonstration of the skills to do so, and must have recent proven experience using project management tools, and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Identify resource requirements of the project - and what it will take to get the job done. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project tasks are completed according to plan, whilst monitor the project from start to finish to ensure successful delivery of the goals on time and within budget. Risk and issue identification and mitigation, handling customer escalations and driving a successful resolution between all stakeholders. Prepare status reports, manage documentation including Change Control, Risk & Issues Management etc. Contribute to a team culture within his/her assigned project. Simultaneously manage multiple projects at various stages while ensuring consistent high levels of service delivery.

What you will need to be successful



Fluent English essential - other language skills advantageous Strong delivery ethos - highly disciplined with strong personal organisational abilities. Open and approachable, with demonstrable personal integrity, honesty and credibility. High levels of energy, drive, and a need to finish; we want someone who doesn't give up before finishing, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks. Flexible and willing to 'go the extra mile' for the company. Ability to work under pressure. Strong Aptitude for learning, understanding, and applying concepts. Committed team player with positive winning attitude. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good negotiating skills and commercial ability Ability to travel domestically and internationally essential to visit our customers or meet colleagues, although you won't spend your life on a plane. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing Aptitude to analyse technical details with the ability to interact on every level, while maintaining an overview of the high-level activities required to deliver projects.
