, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex, high-visibility projects across multiple teams and stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, a structured mindset, and the ability to manage risk while delivering value.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. Oversee product development initiatives from conception through to launch, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Utilise project management software, such as Jira, to track progress, manage resources, and report on project status. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions effectively. Facilitate collaboration among team members using tools like Confluence for documentation and communication. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements within the team and organisation. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in product development and product management within a similar industry. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira) and familiarity with organisational systems such as SAS. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop actionable solutions based on findings. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the capacity to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 48,363.00-51,293.00 per year
