About the Role



Starfish 9 Ltd is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-value, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation through to completion. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for overseeing cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are achieved, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

Key Responsibilities



Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Oversee project budgets, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks and issues.

Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and accountability.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.

Promote continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.

Manage and support customer-focused site teams, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Set, monitor, and report on project KPIs.

Prepare and review Method Statements and Risk Assessments.

Champion safe systems of work and ensure all projects adhere to company policies and legislation.

Operate within the framework of the company's Integrated Management System.

Qualifications & Experience



Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior Project Manager or equivalent leadership role.

Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and MS Project.

Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge of Pro-Core Construction Management Software

MCIOB or MAPM Qualification.
