Senior Property Consultant - Estate Agent or Lettings

What You'll Be Doing

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Deliver first-class service to vendors, landlords and tenants. Liaise confidently with contractors and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Sales & Lettings Excellence

Manage your own portfolio across sales and lettings Carry out valuations and win new business through effective prospecting Conduct viewings and negotiate offers through to successful completion Carry out inspections and support with inventories and schedules of condition
Marketing & Promotion

Keep property listings, websites, and office displays fresh and accurate Support marketing campaigns.
Systems & Compliance

Maintain internal CRM platforms Ensure legal compliance (e.g., AML checks, Gas Safety Certs, Safe Deposit Scotland) Coordinate referencing, tenancy signings, and assist with escalated
Team & Office Support

Oversee office dynamics. Use Microsoft Office and social platforms confidently in daily tasks
What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years proven experience in residential sales and/or lettings Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent knowledge of the local property market Confident, professional, and client-focused communicator Highly organised with strong attention to detail Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed ARLA or NAEA qualifications (desirable but not essential) Full UK driving license
