Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers or renters. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market trends and property values. Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other necessary documentation for transactions. Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Utilise various marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers or tenants. Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors to facilitate smooth transactions. Stay organised by managing schedules, appointments, and client databases effectively.

Skills

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to clients. Administrative skills for handling paperwork, contracts, and documentation accurately. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele.
