What You'll Be Doing

Team management -Train, coach and mentor Property Coordinators and Customer Experience Advisors to ensure consistent service delivery and onboarding
Quality checking
Complete regular 1-2-1 sessions with team
Handle escalations and provide expert support on complex or high-risk issues
Cover absences and provide floating support across regions to maintain continuity
Support communications on spotlight schemes and attend regional and spotlight meetings
Support complaint and social media response reviews, by actioning maintenance requests immediately
Oversee call logging and maintenance performance, including urgent works (e.g. lift outages, mandatory occurrence reports, insurance claims)
Work with ADs/OMs to identify training needs
Support onboarding of new clients or schemes where needed
What You Need to Succeed
