What do we need?


We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Lawyer to join our Residential Property team, here at Jackson Lees Group. You'll provide a one-stop conveyancing service to our clients and referrers, ensuring a high quality of service and compliance with all regulatory and firm-wide procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control conduct of files from inception to completion Ensure clients obtain good and marketable title to property Communicate regularly and effectively with clients Review and process mortgage offers Supervise paralegals and assistants Maintain compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements Uphold the firm's CQS accreditation standards Maintain individual competence and contribute to a positive team environment

What We're Looking For:


Essential:

Recognised legal qualification or substantiated experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role Proven ability to manage own caseload and work with volume conveyancing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible, adaptable, and organised approach Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team player Commitment to confidentiality and professional standards

Desirable:

SRA, CLC, or CILEx qualification
