We are a well established Property Management Company managing properties owned by other Companies in our Group. We have 40 million pounds worth of property turning over 4 million of rents per year.
Role Overview
We now need a very experienced property person to manage over 150 properties in and around Liverpool (including a number of blocks of flats that we own) and to manage and lead staff and contractors we use on a regular basis
We also need someone with the ability to assist us in building new systems to enable us to comply with the Renters Rights Bill and the need to retrofit properties to an EPC C.
Finally the right person will have the skills and personality to help us network with new Investors and market ourselves to 3rd parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of lettings, from valuation to tenancy management
Ensure properties comply with relevant legislation (EPC, gas safety, HMO, etc.)
Maintain high occupancy rates and minimal void periods
Resolve tenant and landlord issues in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments with contractors
Assist with new business development
Prepare and review budgets, reports, and performance metrics
Represent the company in meetings with landlords, investors, and stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in residential lettings/property management
ARLA / Property mark qualification preferred but not essential
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance
Proven track record in business development and portfolio growth
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (car allowance/company car provided)
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities
Tech-savvy with experience using property software (e.g., Alto, Reapit, or similar)
