You'll empower our partners by building and maintaining effective and mutually beneficial relationships with Homewise. Right from initial engagement, you'll oversee and support a team that ensures a seamless, high-quality experience--removing obstacles, aligning partners with the Homewise's solutions, and fostering long-term success through trusted relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and grow impactful partner relationships through proactive calls, video, email, and face-to-face visits at sites, branches, and HQs.
Inspire and lead a high-performing Account Manager team to deliver standout partner engagement and results.
Champion the Homewise proposition through on-site visits, local market feedback, and tailored B2B and B2C training--especially for the over-70s audience.
Represent Homewise at site launches and industry events, leaving a lasting impression.
Identify and drive new growth opportunities by aligning partner goals with Homewise solutions.
Research and seize high-potential partnerships to expand reach and impact.
Deliver dynamic, results-focused training--both online and in person.
Boost partner loyalty through strategic, relationship-led customer visits.
Collaborate across teams to unlock new ideas and share insights.
Turn performance data into clear, actionable improvements.
Stay sharp on industry trends to keep our approach fresh and future-ready.
This is a hybrid role, with a basic salary of 34,000 to 36,000 per annum based on experience. It is essential you are located north of the M25 for logistical reasons. There are achievable targets with commission at 5,000 OTE per annum. Please note you will need a Full UK Driving License, access to your own vehicle and flexibility to travel across England for approximately 50% of the month. There will be some overnight stays arranged for you and your expenses will be reimbursed. Our head office is in Worthing and you will need to attend the office for training and at least once a month thereafter.

What you'll need and who you are
Full UK driving licence, access to won vehicle and willingness to travel/flex hours when needed.
Confident, adaptable communicator--phone, email, and in person.
Strong relationship builder with excellent customer service skills.
Naturally engaging, curious, and collaborative, but equally effective solo.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Experience in B2B sales and the property sector (Essential).
Skilled in presenting, training, and interpreting data.
Target-driven, self-motivated, with an estate agency background.
Effective across B2B and B2C audiences, especially older demographics.
