CyberArk seeks to hire an experienced Senior Bid & Proposal Specialist who will be responsible for facilitating the bid and proposal lifecycle in EMEA. The successful candidate will be accountable for managing the life cycle of RFx's, Supplier Due-Diligence, and Security Assessment from receipt to submission. Among other things, the role involves scheduling and running bid meetings, facilitating key review meetings, hands on response drafting, and conducting win/loss analysis and maintaining key bid team assets. The Senior Bid & Proposal Specialist will report to the Global Bids & Proposals Manager and will be a key member of the CyberArk Deal Support Organisation.
Responsibilities:
Analyse client requests (RFP, RFI, RFQ, Supplier Due-Diligence, and Security Assessment) to understand technical requirements, response schedule, and all relevant elements.
Conduct Bid/No-Bid reviews.
Determine proposal 'win themes' by evaluating specific and implied needs as expressed in the requests.
Organise and hold proposal kick-off meetings and other periodic proposal meetings.
Identify and leverage relevant SMEs & key stakeholders across the business.
Work collaboratively with relevant teams to prepare a proposal response that matches the requirements and timelines.
Project manage the response process to advance deals towards compliant and efficient closing.
Write, edit, and format proposals for all customer types, including Enterprise and Public Sector Customers.
Follow up continuously on proposal processes to advance deals.
Ensure consistent proposal document look and feel, including corporate branding, layout, messaging, and quality.
Complete Shared Information Gathering (SIG) and similar vendor Assessments.

Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience with RFP Bid Proposal work or Security Engineering.
Proven technical writing and editing experience.
Proven upward management - ability to influence without authority and work well with a variety of globally distributed teams and individuals.
Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet deadlines during critical phases of projects.
Highly organised, proven multitasker, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively in times of high volume.
Proficient in Salesforce.com and Office 365 suite & relevant bid management software.
Fluent in English (Must), German (desirable) & French (desirable).
Knowledge of Information Security and/or Network Architecture processes and standards.
Solid understanding of data protection and residency concerns in SaaS provision.
Previous experience with SIGs or other Security Assessments.
