About The Role




You will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your skills as an integral part of our Quality Control (QC) team and collaborate closely with our QC Supervisor and management team to ensure thorough and high-quality inspections at every stage.



We are seeking an experienced individual to share your knowledge and experience to help grow and support our QC Specialists who play a crucial role in ensuring that every vehicle meets Motability Operations established quality standards by performing a thorough visual inspection of both exterior and interior components.



Using a state-of-the-art digital management system to help aid the QC process you will have access to repairs and methods carried out on each work line and the ability to image and re estimate areas of work that do not meet our quality standards.

Minimum criteria:


Knowledge of SMART and Bodyshop Repair methodology Mentoring, mindset and leadership skills Experience with SMART repair techniques (Desirable) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Able to legally drive a manual vehicle in the UK

What we do



We lease a wide range of tailored mobility solutions to people who receive of one of the Government's qualifying mobility allowances. Our customers choose a car, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV), scooter or powered wheelchair that best suits their needs. We take care of their insurance, breakdown, servicing and more, as part of our worry-free package.

At the end of the lease, our customers can exchange their vehicle for a brand-new model. Each year we sell and move around 200,000 cars. This makes us the largest supplier of single-source vehicles back into the used car market.

The Scheme has been providing affordable, worry-free motoring for over 45 years. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service, with an independent customer satisfaction rating of 9.6 out of 10.
