As a

Senior Quality Engineer

at MintNeuro, you will be a cornerstone of our Quality Management System (QMS) and product development lifecycle. Your mission is to take ownership of our quality processes, ensuring our groundbreaking technology is developed in a controlled, compliant, and scalable manner. You will be instrumental in driving our compliance efforts, supporting our goal of achieving ISO 13485 certification and bringing our first products to market.

Duties and responsibilities



Part of the role, the responsibilities include:

Own QMS processes:

Proactively administer, maintain, and improve our Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 13485.

Drive Compliance Projects

: Take a leading role in our QMS remediation and implementation projects, including the migration to and management of new eQMS tools.

Support Design & Development:

Work hands-on with our ASIC design team to manage critical documentation for the Design History File (DHF), facilitate risk management reviews (FMEAs), and administer design and phase-gate reviews.

Hands on support:

Administer compliant goods handling from goods-in inspection to shipping, including storage, batch tracking, and labelling.

Build our Supply Chain Compliance:

Establish and manage the supplier selection and qualification process, and support the development and alignment of customer quality agreements to prepare for future supply.

Champion Good Practice:

Review and approve documentation for compliance, ensuring proper version control, naming conventions, and timely sign-offs across all functions.

Qualifications



Essential:



Significant experience (ideally 4+ years) in a Quality Engineering role within the medical device industry. In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485; it's the foundation of your professional expertise. A process-driven and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to implement rules in a way that enables, rather than hinders, innovation. Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail in both documentation and physical processes (managing goods, inventory, calibration etc). A hands-on approach, comfortable managing everything from high-level risk analysis to chasing signatures and applying labels to a box. Excellent technical literacy and comfort working in a complex engineering environment.

Desirable:



Experience with electronics, hardware, or in a Contract Design and Manufacturing (CDMO) environment. Experience leading or playing a key role in an QMS remediation or implementation project. Experience in supply chain quality, including supplier selection/auditing and familiarity with customer quality agreements. Strong experience with eQMS platforms (e.g., Cognidox), Product Data Management (PDM), and goods/inventory management systems, ideally including administration of their structures and maintaining associated SOPs.

Pay: 50,000.00-70,000.00 per year
