Senior Quantity Surveyor

to join their headquarters in Aberdeen.

The company delivers a broad range of civil engineering work including

earthworks, structures, drainage, roads, sewers and infrastructure projects

.

Role Responsibilities

Manage the commercial and financial performance of civils projects. Prepare valuations, cost forecasts, CVRs and commercial reporting. Lead subcontract procurement, tender analysis and contract administration. Identify, manage and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities. Ensure compliance with NEC contracts across all live projects. Work closely with Project Managers and senior leadership to drive financial efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers and subcontractors.

Requirements

Strong civils experience: structures, earthworks, roads, drainage, sewers, infrastructure. Proven experience working as a QS or Senior QS in civil engineering. Excellent understanding of

NEC contracts

(essential). Strong reporting, forecasting and commercial management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive, professional team. Based within commuting distance of Aberdeen or willing to relocate.
