We are actively seeking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the Carpentry/Joinery sector

We are a fast-growing carpentry and joinery company that mainly works on new build residential schemes. As a Surveyor you will be responsible for assisting the senior commercial team in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of carpentry and joinery contracts including Variations, Applications and tendering process for new projects

The responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited, to the following:

- Be an integral member of the commercial team

- Procurement

- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

- Preparation of quotations including prelims, labour, materials, and plan

-Be heavily involved in the design element for each project

- Obtaining and assessing quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors

- Commercial support to other business departments

- Day to day commercial and subcontract administration issues

Other requirements:

- This will be an office-based role , occasional remote work when needed

- The office is currently located in Weybridge, Surrey(on-site parking provided).

- Our working hours are 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM Monday to Friday.

Pay: Up to 85k Salary or 400+per day

Start date: Immediate start possible
