Join Dandara's expanding Jersey team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, playing a key role in delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments across the Island. You'll lead on project cost management, oversee subcontract procurement and valuations, and provide strategic financial guidance from early feasibility through to final account.
We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in residential construction, ideally 5+ years in a commercial role. You'll bring excellent commercial acumen, attention to detail, and confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with CostX, Bluebeam or similar tools is highly desirable.
