We are currently seeking a skilled commercial professional to join our team at Sizewell C!



In this role, you will take full responsibility for the commercial management of a project or section of a larger project. You will oversee all financial and contractual aspects, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and in line with company standards and best practice.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all quantity surveying duties, including measurement, valuation, and agreement of work sections. Prepare and manage interim applications for payment and certification. Draft, manage, and settle subcontracts and prepare final accounts. Manage and report monthly costs, cash flow, and commercial risks. Advise project management on contractual implications and commercial strategy. Prepare and manage monthly contract reviews, management accounts, and business plan data. Support and mentor junior commercial staff. Ensure that contract documents are executed and change control processes are implemented effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Demonstrated experience leading commercial management for small to medium projects or significant sections of large-scale projects Essential - NEC Experience Experience in geotechnical / piling preferred
