Groundworks Quantity Surveyor - Growing Construction Company (Full-Time)

We are a rapidly growing groundworks and civil engineering contractor seeking an

experienced Quantity Surveyor

to join our team for the long term. With a strong pipeline of secured work for the next 12 months and beyond, we're now looking for the right person to help us continue our expansion and strengthen our commercial operations.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the full commercial management of groundworks and civils packages, including:

Measuring works accurately and efficiently Managing variations and keeping control of project costs Preparing and maintaining accounts, valuations, and financial reports Regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure accurate reporting Working closely with the operations team to maintain profitability Implementing and improving commercial processes and systems within the business

Our projects cover a wide range of construction disciplines, including:

Groundworks Civils Drainage Utilities RC Frame

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within

groundworks / civils

Strong understanding of measurement, valuations, and variations Ability to stay organised and manage multiple live projects Someone dedicated, reliable, and looking for a long-term opportunity On-site experience is a strong advantage A proactive individual who can bring structure, processes, and efficiency to the commercial side of the business

Pay: 33,781.68-76,009.50 per year
