Senior Quantity Surveyor

to join our Commercial team on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide an efficient, effective, and accurate commercial service across all allocated projects. You'll be responsible for:

Commercial control of projects, including applications, invoicing, payments, and subcontractor accounts. Preparing detailed costed packages of work and materials to support project delivery. Ensuring contract documentation is in place prior to site commencement. Supporting the Commercial Manager and Managing Director in achieving business plan targets.

About You

You'll bring:

Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor in residential development or commercial construction. Knowledge of project and commercial management systems. A HNC or equivalent Level 5 qualification in Quantity Surveying, construction, or a related discipline.
