We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost and contract management across complex construction projects.


As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of cost planning, contract negotiation, and risk management from project inception to completion. You'll play a key role in ensuring commercial success while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control across projects Manage contracts, variations, claims, and disputes Oversee tendering and procurement processes Deliver accurate cost reports and financial forecasts Identify and mitigate commercial risks Mentor junior surveyors and foster team development

What You'll Bring

Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Extensive experience in complex construction projects Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost management
