Senior Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks & Civils

Location: Watford, North London

What You'll Do:

Take ownership of all commercial aspects of groundworks and civils projects
Maximise value and margin through effective cost management and negotiation
Manage subcontractor accounts from procurement to final account
Forecast, report, and protect project profitability at every stage
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our delivery teams to achieve shared success
