Senior Receptionist

to join our vibrant front-of-house team in the heart of Mayfair.


Located on the iconic Berkeley Square, Amazonico brings the vibrant spirit of Latin America to life, where immersive dining, a lively atmosphere, and luxury hospitality meet in a world-class setting.


We're now seeking a confident and guest-focused

Senior Receptionist

who thrives in high-energy, high-end environments and is ready to lead by example in creating unforgettable first impressions for every guest.


This role requires proven experience in luxury hospitality and the ability to support and guide the reception team. Applicants without relevant experience may not be considered.

About the Role - What You'll Do

As a

Senior Receptionist

at Amazonico, you'll play a key role in ensuring our reception team delivers a flawless guest experience. You'll manage daily front desk operations, support the Reception Manager, and lead by example in providing exceptional service.


You will:

Greet and seat guests in a warm, engaging, and professional manner Manage reservations using our booking system with accuracy and efficiency Handle guest enquiries and special requests with care and attention Liaise closely with the front-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth service Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area Provide excellent communication both in person and over the phone/email Support, guide, and train junior reception team members Assist with daily administrative tasks and deputise for the Reception Manager when required

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a

Receptionist, Senior Receptionist, or Host/Hostess

in a premium or luxury hospitality venue Strong communication and interpersonal skills A guest-focused approach with confidence, warmth, and attention to detail Professional appearance and a welcoming, positive attitude Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage busy service periods Organised, reliable, and a supportive team player with leadership qualities
