Light & Wonder is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Senior Recruiter to help us

WIN AS A TEAM by attracting and hiring talented individuals to join our growing company!


In this role, you will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy and managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of requisitions including but not limited to technical, niche and professional level roles. Using your strong networking and relationship building skills, you will become a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, HR Partners and other stakeholders as you partner to execute recruitment strategies, identify and hire top talent.

Responsibilities:



Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent pipeline requirements. Execute full cycle end to end recruitment from requisition approval stage to offer. Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, industry trends, and continuous process improvements . Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and industry networks. Implement and enhance the recruitment and selection process. Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, conduct interviews, and facilitate assessment tools to evaluate candidate suitability. Enhance and promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent. Develop and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize internal systems to provide reporting updates in line with business needs. Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to align talent acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications



Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



Experience of working as a full cycle recruiter, preferably in a corporate/in-house environment. Proven experience of direct sourcing candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment platforms. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Tackles tough assignments and introduces new ways of looking at problems. Pushes past the status quo to drive greatness. Provides direct feedback & receives feedback well. Sets ambitious goals and has high standards. Approaches work with a growth mindset of continuous improvement. Demonstrates business acumen & data driven decision-making. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentations skills.

You will be working from our soon to be expanded Spinningfields office, in the heart of Manchester City Centre, 3 days a week in a hybrid working pattern.
