As a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, you'll be accountable for identifying and engaging prospective talent across multiple regions and job roles.


Creativity in sourcing and attracting talent is important to us. We want our recruiters to treat candidates with care and provide a personalized and outstanding experience. We are looking for a Recruiter who is hands-on with technology and innovative sourcing skills to find niche talent.

This position will be hybrid in Kirkcaldy, UK.

You Will Make an Impact By:

Collaborating

with hiring managers to understand job requirements to evaluate and identify priority hiring strategies/needs. Additionally, you'll provide proactive communication to both candidates and partners.

Innovating and solving problems.

You look at the world differently than others and view obstacles as problems to be solved and opportunities to capitalize on.

Coordinating all the moving parts

with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions without sacrificing quality. You're happiest when you are working on many things at once yet can prioritize critical tasks.

Executing for results

by identifying top talent and collaborating with partners to source, screen, respond to challenges and eliminate potential barriers.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

A completed bachelor's degree 7+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting. Experience using applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate data and candidate management.
