Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Client Engagement: Build, maintain, and expand relationships, meeting clients face-to-face to understand their needs and deliver bespoke solutions.
• Talent Scouting: Identify and attract top-tier candidates, matching their skills to client needs.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire process, from negotiations to offers, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

• Recruitment Expertise: Prior recruitment experience within Construction; property services, consultancy, white collar, engineering or rail is essential.
