The client is a fast-growing specialist in Driving, Logistics, Warehousing, and Industrial recruitment, and they are looking to expand their industrial division and hire a consultant who's ready to shape the future of the business.

What you'll be doing:

Developing and expanding the industrial client base
Managing the full recruitment cycle: advertising, interviewing, referencing, and placement
Driving business development through client visits and strategic outreach
Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Contributing to team decisions and process improvements

What you'll bring:

At least 6 months' recruitment experience (ideally in the industrial sector)
Strong sales and communication skills
