Senior Recruitment Consultant
Industrial Division - Preston
Up to 35,000 basic (negotiable based on experience)
Commission up to 20% on all billings
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced recruiter to step into a senior role where your ideas are valued and your impact is visible. The client is a fast-growing specialist in Driving, Logistics, Warehousing, and Industrial recruitment, and they are looking to expand their industrial division and hire a consultant who's ready to shape the future of the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and expanding the industrial client base
• Managing the full recruitment cycle: advertising, interviewing, referencing, and placement
• Driving business development through client visits and strategic outreach
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Contributing to team decisions and process improvements

What you'll bring:

• At least 6 months' recruitment experience (ideally in the industrial sector)
• Strong sales and communication skills
